Install ACS Facility Scheduler

ACS Facility Scheduler stores your data on a remote server that you can access from multiple computers at the same time. However, you must complete a few setup steps.

In the Client Portal, you can download and install updates. You can also upload files for our Data Services team, view recent Support calls or cases, and view a list of ACST products you own.
Note: If you previously used your site number, email and PIN to access to Client Portal, you must create a new password. You will no longer need your Site Number or PIN.
Before installing ACS Facility Scheduler, install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 or higher.

To do this, go to the Microsoft .NET Framework page, click Download, and follow the instructions.

  1. Visit https://account.acst.com/ and enter your Email Address and Password.
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. In the top left corner, expand File Management, then select Updates & Drivers.
  4. Under Download Updates & Drivers, locate the newest version of ACS Facility Scheduler. Click Download, and save the file to your computer.
  5. Once the file downloads, open and run it.
  6. In the setup window, follow the instructions.

If you installed a ACS Facility Scheduler desktop shortcut, double-click to open it. Otherwise, click Start > All Programs > ACS Technologies > ACS Facility Scheduler. Enter the user name and password provided in the welcome e-mail.

Once you're logged in, you're required to set a new password. Then, you can set up ACS Facility Scheduler.
