Review your text messaging plan, monitor usage to avoid overages, and increase, pause, or cancel your subscription as needed.

Your text messaging subscription determines how many texts your church can send each month. The base plan includes 400 texts per month, with additional plans available for higher volumes. You can change or pause your plan at any time to avoid overages.Text messaging is available in the United States only.

We recommend administrators closely monitor their plan to avoid costly overages. If you see that you may exceed your plan, we recommend that you pause your plan:

• Increase your plan — You can increase your plan right from Realm. Prices for all plans are available in the product. Changes take effect the following month. Change Your Text Subscription

• Pause your plan — Temporarily stop sending texts by pausing your subscription. Your texting number is preserved while your subscription is paused, and you can re-enable it at any time. Pause Texting Communications

• Cancel your plan — If you decide to cancel your subscription, your assigned texting number is released at the end of the billing period. If you re-subscribe after that date, your church is assigned a new number. Cancel Your Text Subscription

  CAUTION: Canceling releases your texting number permanently. If your congregation has saved your number, consider pausing instead.
