Family Online Registration

With this process, you can create a web form or an email form that families use to register at your parish. You can then pull the information into new family records or update existing records.

Note: ACST Employees: If a customer gets the "Cannot find parish" error, try this. Go to their Data folder and open the OnlineRegister.ini file. On the line that starts with "CRMAccountID=", delete all the text after the "=" on that line. On the line that starts with "wsFormID=", delete all the text after the "=" on that line.

If you still see the error, try deleting everything in the OnlineRegister.ini file. Note that the client will have to rebuild the form, but they won't have to post it again.
