Using the RSS Feed widget, you can organize and display a stream of content on your website, such as current church announcements or daily devotionals.

  • RSS feeds are based on a publication.
  • Any current message associated with a publication will display in a configured RSS feed. You can schedule messages to start displaying in the RSS feed.
  • Messages can have an expiration date.
  • You must manually associate messages with a publication on the Messages tab on the publication record.
  • Messages are sorted by start date from most recent to oldest.
  • You can add multiple RSS feeds based on different publications to a church website.
Note: We've added a sample RSS feed called "Prayer Devotion" to your system as an example to get your creative juices flowing. Go to Communications > Publication Messages to check it out (and edit as needed).
