We've fixed some pesky bugs to make sure all your tools run properly to keep your database ship-shape!
Add A Payment Tool
- Fixed an issue where event registration invoices with more than one registrant but only one internal event scholarship marked the invoice as Paid in Full. Now, your invoices will only be marked Paid in Full when all the registrants completely pay for the event they registered for. This ensures you're not missing any revenue - which, of course, is better for your bottom line.
- Fixed an issue where the Audit Log didn't display applicable On Behalf Of information for payment records.
Add/Edit Family Tool
- Fixed an issue where the tool occasionally added numbers to a date when you used the Tab button to enter information.
Assign Participant Tool
- Fixed an issue where if someone registered for an event online and they entered more than a five-digit zip code, the tool would default to the state on the event location. This helps keep your registrations and subsequent records accurate!
- Fixed an issue where the tool didn't assign the invoice or payment records when notes matched in all the records for adult paid registrations. Now, if the notes match exactly, the tool assigns the invoice and payment to the same Contact_ID related to the Event Participant.
Form Editor Tool
- Fixed an issue where the tool displayed a warning to save the form you're working on even if you just saved it. No more second guessing if you saved your changes!
