The Group/Room Attended routine updates the historical Event Participant (Attendance) record with the Group_ID and Room_ID values when those values are empty. Some applications that post attendance may update those values as attendance is posted. However, when we know the event attendee's Group, add these values to provide a useful historical reference that you can infer from the existing data. This might change over time.
