Event Registration Routine
Expected Participants and Active Registration
When you update a row on the Event Participants table that exceeds an Event's Participants Expected value, this routine sets Registration Active to No, turning off Event registrations.
Frequency
This routine runs every 15 minutes.
Note: This routine does not close Event registration when it reaches the Expected Participants maximum. The portal examines the event participants, counts those registered, and closes registration when that number is reached.
