End of Portal Access
The Portal has served many churches for years. But now that its functionality is available in newer, modern tools like PocketPlatform, Connect Suite, and Widgets, we are disabling access.
SPoCs received an email about this in September. Here's a summary of what's changing.
- As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a secure and streamlined experience for all MP users, we will disable access to the Portal on December 31, 2025.
- This change does not affect your access to other MinistryPlatform tools and services. This is not the same as the Customer Portal.
- Much of the Portal's functionality is available in PocketPlatform, Connect Suite, and Widgets.
- If you were using the Portal for background checks, review this help article for steps on integrating with PMM.
- If you set up Portal redirects, they do require the Portal to remain active. If you rely on them, contact Support so we can help ensure a smooth transition.
- Your data that was available via the Portal will continue to live in the Platform. Only the Portal interface is being retired.
