Connect Suite
Connect Suite (formerly known as "Life Apps") serves to connect your church to your congregation and community through mobile-friendly, tailored, cloud-hosted mini-applications. You can launch these from widgets, keeping your website the main hub for everything for your church!
Each area of Connect Suite focuses on a specific part of one's life in Christ to help you serve your people well and make connections. From the Connect Suite home page, you can switch between areas using the navigation menu on the left. You may see Group Connect, Care Connect, and/or Volunteer Connect, depending on your access permissions.
Access Permissions
The links you see in the navigation menu display when the following criteria are met.
Care Connect shows if you have one or more of the following security roles: Care Connect Case Administrator, Care Connect Case Manager, or Care Connect Case Viewer.
- you are in at least one group that is not a volunteer group (the group's Group Type has Volunteer Group set to No),
- that group is current (today's date is between the group's Start Date and End Date or the End Date is blank),
- AND your group Participant record is current (today's date is between the participant's Start Date and End Date or the End Date is blank).
- you are in at least one group that is a volunteer group (the group's Group Type has Volunteer Group set to Yes),
- that group is current (today's date is between the group's Start Date and End Date or the End Date is blank),
- AND your group Participant record is current (today's date is between the participant's Start Date and End Date or the End Date is blank).
Accessing Connect Suite
You can get to Connect Suite from the bookmark in MinistryPlatform. Or, copy the URL below, paste it into your browser, replace "[churchname]" with your church's name in your MP base URL, and go!

- Care Connect – We know your church cares about its people. So we designed Care Connect to meet needs, provide care, and make sure your care team can keep track of all the things.
- Group Connect – We know your church is made up of people who do things together. So we designed Group Connect to help people see, manage, and engage with their groups.
- Volunteer Connect – We know your church depends on volunteers to complete tasks and help out where they're needed most. So we designed Volunteer Connect to support each step of the process.
- Need Connect – We know your church strives to meet needs. So we designed Need Connect to connect people who have needs with people who want to help meet needs. It's a win-win! (This is accessed through its own URL and will not display on the Connect Suite home page.)
