Registration Events

Register for an event as a parent in a family that shares custody of a child. Previously, if a child is a part of more than one family due to shared custody, and they and their parent are registered for an event, the second parent, who is part of a different family, could not also register for the same event.

With this fix, the second parent can now see that the child is already registered for the event, and they will be able to register for the event, as well.
