Create a Group

Add a new group to a ministry area.

  • Only available to administrators and users who have the Add Group permission.
Administrators and users with permissions can create new groups to organize people for worship, fellowship, and event organization.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Groups > Ministry Areas.
  2. Click a ministry area to see the groups or other ministry areas in it.
  3. Decide where, in the hierarchy of ministry areas, you want to add a new group. Click the ellipsis icon next to the ministry area, and select Add Group.
  4. Enter the group information, and click Save.
    1. Optional: After you've entered information into the Description text box, you can click the writing assistant to use the writing assistant.
