Set up Your Giving Number Sequence
Enter the first giving number you want to assign to contributors, and select whether or not you want to reuse old numbers.
You must be an administrator to perform this task. See Responsibilities for more information.
The settings you enter here will affect what happens when you click Next Number on an individual's profile.
Note: If you refer to giving numbers by a different name and have made changes to reflect it, that name will replace "Giving Numbers" everywhere. For more information on how to customize this, see Customize Existing Profile Fields.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- On the Giving Numbers tab, enter the first number in sequence that you want to assign to contributors.
- Select whether or not you want to reuse giving numbers from profiles that were deleted, merged, or married.
- Click Save.
