Add a Project

Add the details of any activity you will enter transactions for throughout the year, from a building renovation to an annual excursion.

You must have accounting administrator permissions to perform this task.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Accounting. Then click Ledger Setup > Projects.
  2. In the Add Project tab, enter a project's code. You can use numbers or letters. For example, vacation Bible school may have the code VBS.
  3. Enter the name of the project and the short name if necessary.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Repeat steps 3-5 until all projects are added.
