Enter Volunteer Areas and Preparation Classes

In the Volunteer/Prep Classes section, you can enter information about the volunteer activities that a parent or guardian participates in. You can also enter information about classes parents and guardians attend in preparation for an event, such as baptism or confirmation.

  1. On the Information tab, click Parents & Guardians > Volunteer/Prep Classes.
  2. Locate the appropriate record.
  3. To add a volunteer area, click the add icon green plus sign in the top grid. Select the volunteer area, and enter any additional notes you need to know.
  4. To add a preparation class, click the add icon green plus sign in the bottom grid. Select the preparation class name, and enter any additional information.
    Note: Once a parent/guardian completes the preparation class, you can select Complete.
  5. At the top, click Save.
