One-Click Unsubscribe
Explore the One-Click Unsubscribe widget, including information about its sections and what it does.
With the One-Click Unsubscribe widget, a contact can unsubscribe from a specific publication or opt out of receiving bulk email. They can also resubscribe or opt back in if they accidentally clicked the link.
Tip: We recommend using this with publications for unsubscriptions.

- The widget autofills the contact's email address for clarity.
- People do not need to log in (or even have a user account) to unsubscribe through this widget. If the person opts out, the system will immediately set Bulk Email Opt Out set to Yes on their contact record.
- If the person unsubscribes from a specific publication, their subscription for that publication will immediately set Unsubscribed to Yes.
- You cannot undo the most recent action.
Sections
- The contact's email that will be unsubscribed. No need for them to sign in or create an account.
- Unsubscribe Note
- The confirmation the contact has been unsubscribed or opted out of bulk email.
- My Subscriptions
- The link to the contact's current subscriptions. Note: The My Subscriptions button is included through an optional attribute.
Actions
- Unsubscribe from Publication
- Click a link to unsubscribe from a single publication.
- Undo Unsubscribe from Publication
- Click Undo to be resubscribed to the publication.
- Opt-Out of Bulk Email
- Click a link to opt-out of bulk email.
- Undo Bulk Email Opt-Out
- Select Undo to be opted back into receiving bulk email.
