Snapshot Services
Our Snapshot Services add historical data in monthly increments. This way, you can provide analysis, charts, views, reports, and more to church leaders over any reporting period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual). The monthly increments cannot be customized at this time.
Snapshot services have a monthly fee for either or both, and installation includes:
- Participant Snapshot: View a historical log of what your participants were doing individually by month in terms of giving, serving, group life, and more.
- Donor Snapshot: View a historical log of a donor's direct and soft credit giving by month, including comparison data for prior periods.
Custom Reports, Routines, and Notifications
Can't get exactly what you need out of a system report? Want to schedule a special job to run at night? Need to send automatic notifications at certain times? Our custom solutions can help!
- AskGenius Capital Campaign Export: If you use AskGenius fundraising appeal software, this solution is for you! It can gather donors within your specified parameters and export a file that you can use in AskGenius. There's a cost for one-time installation.
- Automatic Group Placement: This solution automatically adds people as group participants when they're placed after inquiring about a group. There's a cost for one-time installation.
- Automatic Publication Subscriptions: You can automatically subscribe contacts to a publication based on their form responses, parent group, OR group. There's a cost for a one-time installation.
- Background Checks Maintenance Routine: Based on your needs, we can deploy a nightly routine that removes participants from groups when their background check expires, notifies group leaders, and automatically requests a new background check on those individuals. There's a cost for this routine as well as the Power Automate Setup. We use Power Automate credentials that you provide to configure the MP Power Automate connector.
- Create Milestones, Attributes, and Responses from Form Responses: Your MP instance can take action based on answers submitted through form responses. At night, form response answers can create participant milestones, contact attributes, and opportunity responses based on specific answers to specific form fields. Then, you can configure form fields, milestones to add, and opportunities to add to meet your church-specific automation needs. There's a cost for this.
- Default Contact Reassignment: This solution reviews records that are assigned to the Default Contact, Default Participant, and Default Donor records, including Event Participants, Pledges, Donations, Payments, Responses, Form Responses, Group Participants, Group Inquires, and Invoices. It also handles minor registration data. Each record is reviewed and, if possible, matched to an existing Contact based on first and last name, and phone number or email address. If it cannot be matched, a new Contact, Participant, Donor, and/or Household record is created. Then, the default record is reassigned to the matched or created record, and all changes are audit logged. You can run this on a schedule or a one-time basis. There's a cost for a one-time installation.
- Form Response Answer Email: Keep the primary contact for a form in the loop! This solution sends an email to the form's primary contact with the answers provided by a form response. You can set which forms do this. There's a cost for a one-time installation.
- Form Response Field Mapping: This solution automatically updates records based on answers submitted through form responses. You can set which updates are allowed, and all potential data changes are presented for approval. This can include contact attributes, email addresses, mobile phone numbers, date of birth, school, graduation year, occupation, gender, marital status, anniversary date, allergies, and medical concerns. (Any additional data points are handled as an additional customization subject to the hourly rate.) Once approved, records are updated in a nightly routine. This solution does not create Contact records. There's a cost for this.
- Grief Notifications: You can set a daily email to go to the group leaders of the Grief Care groups. This way, they are reminded to do a 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month grief follow-up. There's a base cost for this.
- Ministry Answers: Need to analyze trends and gain insights into your ministry's performance over time? This solution can regularly capture and store important data to help you do just that! This includes options for data summarization and visualization in tools like Power BI or Excel. There's a base cost for this.
- Power Automate Consulting: A little one-on-one time can help get the ball rolling with Power Automate! Purchase two hours of screen sharing with a PS tech who can assist with brainstorming, configuring, and troubleshooting flows to meet your ministry automation needs. There's a cost for this. Available to Dedicated instances only; if you have a Shared instance and want to use Power Automate, you can request a change to Dedicated.
- Power Automate Flow Engineering: Need extra help with Power Automate flows? We can provide three hours towards helping you engineer solutions and document your Power Automate flows. The MP Connector must be set up on your Power Automate Environment, and you must provide us with credentials to a Power Automate licensed user that is not used for another specific Microsoft Office user. There's a cost for this. Available to Dedicated instances only; if you have a Shared instance and want to use Power Automate, you can request a change to Dedicated.
- Salutation & Mailing Name Solution: Want to customize your contacts' salutations and mailing names? We'll help you calculate eight different name formats with church-specific rules. These names are then stored on Contact records and used in reports, six of which will be updated as part of this package. There's a cost for this, which includes schema installation, routine, and reports.
