Snapshot Services

Snapshot Services add historical data in monthly increments so you can provide analysis, charts, views, reports, and more to church leaders over any reporting period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and so on). The monthly increments cannot be customized at this time.

Snapshot services have a monthly fee for either or both, and installation includes:

  • Participant Snapshot: A historical log of what your Participants were doing individually by month in terms of giving, serving, group life, and more.
  • Donor Snapshot: A historical log of a Donor's direct and soft credit giving by month, including comparison data for prior periods.

Stand-alone, Supported Applications

  • Background Check Tool: Integrated with several background check vendors. Installation is free. See Background Checks for setup details.
  • ICL File in x9.37 Format: A custom ICL file in x9.37 format can be configured for exporting Batches from the Batch Manager Tool to your bank accounts. There's a cost for one-time configuration and changes that do not require custom development.

Stand-alone, as-is Applications

  • ACS Batch Import Tool: Provides 2 formats (4 or 5 column) for ACS Donation Import format and creates a Batch with Donations, including CSV to import into MP for credit to Donors. There's a cost for one-time installation.
    • 4 Column – (EnvNum, AccountNumber, Amount, ItemNum)
    • 5 Column – (EnvNum, Name, ItemNum, AccountNumber, Amount)
  • Payment Export Tool: Export Payments from MP to Shelby (supports Shelby v5, GLTRN2000 formats). There's a cost for one-time installation. (This tool operates essentially the same as the Export Deposit Tool, except it's for Payments and it's launched from the Payments page.)

Custom Routines/Notifications/Reports

  • AskGenius Capital Campaign Export: Searches for Donors within User-set parameters and exports a file compatible for importing into AskGenius fundraising appeal software. There's a cost for one-time installation.
  • Automatic Group Placement: Places Participants in Group Automatically when Group Inquiry field Placed is set to True. There's a cost for one-time installation.
  • Automatic Publication Subscriptions: Subscribes Contacts to Publications based on Form responses, Parent Group, OR Group. Customer must determine which option they would like. There's a cost for a one-time installation.
  • Background Checks Maintenance Routine: We will discuss parameters and deploy a nightly routine that removes Participants from groups when their background check expires, notify group leaders, and automatically request a new background check on those individuals. There's a cost for this routine as well as the Power Automate Setup. We will use Power Automate credentials that you provide to configure the MP Power Automate connector.
  • Create Milestones, Attributes, and Responses from Form Responses: Configure your MP Instance to take action based on answers submitted through Form Responses. We will deploy schema and a night routine for Form Response Answers to create Participant Milestones, Contact Attributes, and Opportunity Responses based on specific answers to specific Form Fields. Once deployed, Form Fields, Milestones to Add, and Opportunities to Add can be configured to meet your church-specific automation needs. There's a cost for this.
  • Faith Path Email Notifications: A page to manage all of the different customized emails for each Faith Path (age group) on their Birthday. There's a cost for this.
  • Form Response Answer Email: Sends an email to the Form's Primary Contact with the answers provided by a Form response. Adds a field to the Forms table and a Process that triggers when a Form Response is submitted for a Form that has the field set to true. There's a cost for a one-time installation.
  • Form Response Field Mapping: Automatically update records based on answers submitted through Form Responses. We will add a Field Mapping table to your MP Instance that allows you to configure specific updates to happen when answers are provided in a Form Field. All potential data changes are presented to the user for approval and will be updated in a nightly routine once approved. There's a cost for this.
  • Grief Notifications: Daily reminder email sent to the Group Leaders of the Grief Care Groups to do a 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month grief follow-up. There's a base cost for this.
  • Ministry Answers: Regularly capture and store important data, enabling you to analyze trends and gain insights into your ministry's performance over time. This includes options for data summarization and visualization in tools like Power BI or Excel. There's a base cost for this.
  • Parish Extension: Automatically adds people to a Parish based on their Address. All changes are documented in the Audit Log and updated nightly. Contact Support to set this up.
  • Power Automate Consulting: Purchase two hours of screen sharing with a PS tech. As you navigate Power Automate, the PS Tech can assist with brainstorming, configuring, and troubleshooting flows to meet your ministry automation needs. There's a cost for this.
  • Power Automate Flow Engineering: We will provide three hours to use towards solution engineering and documenting Power Automate Flows. The MP Connector must be set up on your Power Automate Environment, and you must provide us with credentials to a Power Automate licensed user that is not used for another specific Microsoft Office user. There's a cost for this.
  • Salutation & Mailing Name Solution: Calculate eight different name formats for Mailing Names and Salutations with church-specific rules. Store these names on the Contact record to be used in reports, six of which will be updated as part of this package. Includes schema installation, routine, and reports. There's a cost for this.

Note: As-is applications, custom routines/notifications, and custom reports typically have a fixed installation cost. Any research into issues with these items after installation will be billed at our normal professional services rate. Changes or customizations to these solutions will be billed at our normal professional services rate, require a quote, and are subject to availability. These solutions may be replaced with similar, supported solutions at a future date.

Application Deployment
