Clean Up Your PDS Data

Parish staff who plan to do this work must attend a PDS data cleanup training call. These are offered every other week, so you can schedule a session that works best for your team.

When you're ready to clean up your data, you can complete the following tasks in this order:

  3. Assign Member Phones & Emails
  4. Run the Clean Up Data Process
  5. Fix Data Discrepancies
  6. Confirm Your Data Cleanup (get your analysis report)
