Profile Notes

Edit a Profile Note

Update an existing profile note.

  • You must have one of the following security roles: Can View Profile Notes or Can View Confidential Profile Notes.
Profile notes are private and confidential notes attached to a person's profile. They are for internal use only and can only be seen by users with Can View Profile Notes or Can View Confidential Profile Notes security roles.
  1. Search for the person's profile in the global search bar.
  2. Click the person's profile.
  3. Click View All Notes.
  4. Click the pencil icon The pencil icon.on the note you want to edit.
  5. Edit the note.
  6. Click Save Note.
You have edited the profile note.
