Complete the required tasks before going on your trip.
A trip might have certain requirements that participants must complete prior to the trip. For example, your organization might want all participants to upload a copy of their passport and immunization records before going on an international mission trip to a country with foreign infectious diseases. Completing these requirements helps your team stay in the know in case of emergencies.
Click My Events and click the event.
Click the Checklist tab.
On the participant dashboard, click Checklist.
Note: Checklist items are broken into Required items and Recommended items. You must complete Required items before attending an event. Recommended items are suggested but not required.
Under actions, select the gear icon and perform the required action.
Read and accept the Read & Accept form.
Note: Only admins can complete requirements for signed document types. If you are a leader with task requirements, another leader or admin must complete these requirements for you.
A check mark displays next to the completed requirements.
