Headcount Settings

When creating or editing an event, you can set a maximum headcount to limit registrations for the event. Setting a headcount can help reduce the number of applications you must review for your event. You can also specify an age range for the headcount. For example, if you have a vacation bible camp, you can set the headcount age range from seven years to 15 years, and people not within that age range won't be able to register for the camp.

You can also establish when a registration counts towards the headcount from the corresponding drop-down list.
  • When applicant pays deposit, count against max headcount doesn't count the registrant until the applicant has paid their deposit for the event.
  • When applicant is approved, count against max headcount doesn't count the registrant until the applicant's application has been approved by someone in the system.
  • When applicant submits application, count against max headcount immediately counts the registrant as soon as they submit an application.

You can also override a headcount maximum by clicking the allow applicants to continue to register after headcount is met? check box. This allows participants to register for the event event after the headcount maximum has been reached.
