Trial, Sign-In, and Managing Your Organization's Account
Go Method is an all-in-one platform designed to help churches and organizations manage mission trips, events, and camps. You can get started easily with a free 30-day trial — no obligations or hidden fees. The platform works as a standalone tool or integrates with existing church management software (ChMS), offering flexibility for various needs. Once your account is created, you can sign in using your organization's unique login URL. If you have issues accessing your account or didn't receive your setup email, support is available to help you get started.
Account owners have access to billing and purchase features, including the ability to buy trip credits and signed documents, manage payment information, and set minimum credit balances. These tools ensure your organization is equipped to handle travel management and documentation. For any changes to account ownership or access permissions, reach out to your system administrator.
Getting Started With Your Trial
With your new Go Method trial account, you're ready to start organizing your events.
Start by personalizing your site with your organization's branding, setting global preferences like timezone and phone number format, and securing your account with two-factor authentication. You can integrate with your church management software for seamless data sharing or use Go Method as a standalone tool. The platform also makes it easy to manage participant contributions through allocation types, helping you distribute funds efficiently. Once your basic settings are in place, you're ready to launch your first event.
How Participants, Parents, or Guardians Create Go Method Accounts
Participants can create their own Go Method accounts with or without registering for an event, making the process flexible and accessible. While admins can send invitations prompting account creation, individuals also have the option to register independently — either during the event sign-up process or directly from the organization's Go Method login page.
If a participant sees a trip they'd like to join but doesn't yet have an account, they can create one during registration. For those who aren't ready to register for an event but still want to create an account — such as parents or guardians managing registrations for minors — they can create one without registration. After submitting their basic information and confirming their email, they'll complete their profile and activate their account. Once activated, they'll gain access to the events dashboard and can register when ready.
