The Username Drop-Down Menu
A brief overview of the buttons and links in the username drop-down menu.
In the top right corner of Go Method is the username drop-down menu. This menu houses several helpful options and links, defined in the sections below.
My Profile
Click to go to your profile page where you can change your personal settings and information in Go Method.
- Details: In this tab, you can change your personal details, including your profile picture, name, address, birthday, and contact information. You can also add your passport and travel information and answer any profile questions in this tab.
- Security: In this tab, you can set up two-factor authentication for your account and change or update your password in Go Method.
- Preferences: In this tab, you can set global communication and notification preferences for your Go Method account.
- References: In this tab, you can review, add, and manage your references for Go Method mission trips.
- Background Check: In this tab, you can view and request background checks for your Go Method trips.
- Applications: In this tab, you can view the name, status, completed date, and decision date for any applications you've completed in Go Method.
Contact Support
Click to submit a support ticket for Go Method.
Help Center
Click to go to Go Method support site. Here you'll find articles, resources, and information for planning and managing your mission trips.
What's New
Click to display a pop-up about new features and enhancements recently added to Go Method.
Logout
Click to sign out of your Go Method account. You'll return to the main Go Method login page.
