Edit a Posted Gift
Make changes to a posted gift.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Giving. Then click Contributions.
- Click Posted on the Manual tab.
- Click the batch number that contains the gift.
- Click
beside a gift and select Edit.
- Make any necessary changes to the following fields:
- Payment Form – Select the method with which an individual gave
- Gift Type
- Click Save.
Void a Posted Gift
Void a gift that was posted in error.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Giving. Then click Contributions.
- Click Posted on the Engiven tab.
- Click the batch number that contains the gift.
- Click
beside a gift and select Void.
- Enter a reason for the void. If you want to enter a gift to replace the void, click Void & Enter New Gift. Otherwise, click Void.
