View Current and Past Volunteers for a Role
See who currently holds a role, filter by approval status, and look up volunteers who held the role in the past.

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Volunteer Teams/Serving Roles permission.
A role's page lists the volunteers assigned to it, along with their status and the teams they serve on. To view a volunteer's preferences, click Yes in the Preferences column.
Volunteers you remove from a role move to the Past Volunteers screen, where you can still look them up.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click .
- To view a list of volunteers for the role, click the name of the role.
- To search for a volunteer in the list, click
, and enter the volunteer's name.
- To see only the volunteers who are approved or pending, click the Showing drop-down menu, then select the status you want to view.
- To view volunteers who held the role in the past, click Current Volunteers and select Past Volunteers from the drop-down menu.
