Registration for Events

Resend a Registration Confirmation Email

You can resend a registration confirmation email to a registrant.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Events permission.

If a registrant has lost their confirmation email, you can resend the email from the Registrants tab of the event.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Registration Events > Upcoming.
  2. Click the name of the event, then click the Registrants tab.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon next to the registrant's name and select Resend Confirmation.
  4. Click Send.
