Registration for Events

Print a List of Registrants

Print a list of people who registered for an event.

  • Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Events permission.

To print a list of registrants for an event, you can export it as a PDF file. If you select Questions to Include or Items to Include, the report is available in CSV format only. See Export a List of Registrants.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Registration Events > Upcoming.
  2. Click the name of the event.
  3. To view registrants, click the Registrants tab.
  4. Click Individual Registrants.
  5. To print a list of registrants, click the printer icon and select Registrants List.
  6. Under File Format, select PDF.
  7. Click Run.
