Realm Sign-In

Choose how you sign in to your Realm account using email, Google, Apple, Microsoft, passkey, or text (SMS) options on your mobile device.

The First Time You Sign In

Enter the email address used to set up your Realm account. For the system administrator, look for this account information and a clickable link in the welcome email sent just after purchase. For all other staff, this should also be in an email sent by your system administrator. If you're not sure where to find it, contact your IT department or Realm system administrator.

After Your Account is Set Up

After Your Account is Set Up There are several ways to make signing in easy.

When you select the Keep me logged in on this device option, you will remain signed into Realm on your browser, phone, or tablet for the duration of your session. This session lasts for up to 30 days or until you sign out, whichever comes first. Remember, operating system updates may also sign you out of one or more applications, requiring you to sign in again. We recommend you keep login information in a secure location such as a trusted password keeper backed up to the cloud. If you are an administrator or user with staff responsibilities who is a member of more than one site (or church), you can switch between the sites after you sign in.

Sign-in Troubleshooting (Admins)

If your congregants or parishioners have trouble logging in, they may call or contact you. You can use this chart to answer their questions.

Signing into software and apps is a source of frustration for nearly everyone who uses their phone or computers for work or pleasure. (We deal with it too!) So we've curated our collective knowledge to help you resolve these issues in your own church or parish. Visit MinistrySmart to check out our Realm user training called "Help! I can't Log In".
