You can invite people, via email, to sign in to Realm and use the site.

Because invitations are sent via email, the individual must have a preferred contact email address on their profile, or the option to send an invite will not display.

To send an initial invitation, add a contact email address to the profile, then select Send Realm Invite when adding a record.

You can also send an invitation from an existing profile as long as that profile has an email address.

After that, you can see the complete list of pending invitations and reissue them when needed.

Before sending invitations, review your Member Status (or Parishioner Status) profile field and set the appropriate congregant security and privacy options. Make sure the congregants you send invitations to have the appropriate Member Status selected on their profile.
