Enable the Constant Contact Daily Sync
Turn on the daily sync for Constant Contact.
When you enable the daily sync, Realm will attempt to match the first name and email address between an individual's Realm profile and your existing Constant Contact contacts. All profiles of individuals with a primary email and who are not deceased will sync. However, only profiles that fully match are linked.
CAUTION: If you change information about an individual on their Constant Contact profile, including removing an individual's name from the profile, this will also change that information on the individual's Realm profile the next time the daily sync runs.
However, when you add new individuals to Realm, these profiles do not automatically become a part of the daily sync until you have manually sent the profile data to Constant Contact. Note:
A good way to import new profile data to Constant Contact is to periodically run a query for new profiles and send the profile data from the query.
Each Constant Contact account that you link will have its own sync that you can enable.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- Under the Constant Contact account you want to sync, turn on Enable daily sync.
