Change a User's Account Email Address
Update an email address on a user's profile.
- You must be an administrator to do this.
If the user does not remember their password after you change their account email, they can click Forgot your password? on the sign in page to reset their password.
Note: When you update an individual's account email, this signs the individual out, temporarily removes the individual's account sign in, and sends them a new invitation email. Their account email will update once they respond to the invitation email.
- Locate and open the individual's record.
- Click Edit.
- In the Email section, click Update account email.
- Enter the new email address twice, then click Save.
