Upload Data to the Attendance Web App
After setting up catechists' online login credentials, you can upload catechist and class information to the web app.
- If you just started using the app or this is the first time you're uploading, see Start a New Year on the App.
- If you want to synchronize all the data between the program and the app, see Sync All Data Between PDS and the App.
- If you've updated catechist credentials or class information since the last upload, see Upload Catechist and Class Information to the App.
- If you want to synchronize the changes that catechists made online, see Sync Changes from the App.
Once you upload data, catechists can go to cat.parish.mobi in their web browser to mark class attendance. For help on using the app, see Student Attendance Web App.
Note:
Any time you make changes after uploading the data, you must upload the data again in order for the changes to display on the web app.
For example, let's say you've uploaded catechist data, then catechist John calls to change his password. You must change the password in the Online Information Setup, then upload the data again in order for John's new password to be applied.
