Sacramental Registers
The Sacramental Registers feature provides a database where you can view and print member sacrament records. Users who have All access to the Sacramental Registers program level can also add, edit, and delete this information.
Before You Begin
Before viewing sacramental registers, you must set the synchronization options on the Sacramental Registers tab in both DioOffice and the PDS Office program(s).
Employee view only: Standalone Sacramental Registers
ACST Employees: As of the DioOffice 11.1G release, we offer a standalone version of the Sacramental Registry. This way, dioceses can continue to use the Sacramental Registry if they move to another ChMS product. In the .ini file, the flag that controls this is [SR] SROnly=1. In Test Mode, this option can be enabled or disabled with the Sacramental Register Only checkbox on the Internal Flags tab in the Initial Setup window. With the checkbox selected, you can only see the Parishes & Facilities, Sacramental Registers, and Users & Passwords windows.
