Send Family Information to the Diocese
Does your diocese ask for family information or statistics? There are export reports for that!
You can export different family information and statistics to a CSV file to send to your diocese. Run one or more of the following reports, depending on what your diocese wants to see. These reports are available under .
Family Export for Diocese
This report includes head and spouse names, physical address, mailing address, up to 3 phone numbers, and up to 2 email addresses. You can choose whether to include fund totals for up to 5 calendar or fiscal years.
Count Export for Diocese
This report includes counts for all families, Catholic families, mixed marriage families, families with no spouse, envelope users, and Catholic members. And, within a date range you define, it includes the number of new families, infant baptisms, adult baptisms, confirmations, and marriages.
Reason Log for Diocese
You can use this report if you have enabled the option for PDS to ask for the reason on significant changes in your Initial Setup window. Within a date range you define, it includes the date that the change was made, family name, what data was changed, the reason for change, the old value, and the new value.
