Parameters
This report exports the information into a file that you can then use in an external template (such as Microsoft Word) to create your own certificates and reports. To print sacramental information directly to a certificate, see the Selected Sacrament Certificates report.
- Sacrament Type: You must select an option for this parameter. Select the type of sacramental records you want to export. The fields you see in the exported file change depending on the sacrament type you select.
- Include Notations: Select Yes to include additional fields related to other sacraments for each baptismal record. The default is No.
- Profession Of Faith: Select Yes to export Profession of Faith and Profession of Faith Date fields for records that have the Profession of Faith field set to Yes. This only applies to baptismal records. This doesn't change records of any other type. The default is No.
