My Giving History in PocketPlatform
Just like the My Giving History widget — for your app!
Note: This screen is only available to MP eGiving customers right now. We are working to make it available for other giving platforms.
You can add the My Giving History screen to PocketPlatform. When an app user logs in, they can see details of their past financial gifts, including gifts given by their spouse. The list shows icons for different payment types, including cash, check, stock, and ACH/bank/other.
- The donations that display are sourced directly from MinistryPlatform.
- Donations are ordered by Donation Date, with the most recent at the top.
- If no batch is assigned or the assigned batch does not have a Finalized Date, then the date displayed in the app shows as "Pending".
- If the app user is a head of household and the Stmt Type is set as Family on the Donor record for the two heads of household, then the donations from the spouse display in the list and show a "Spouse" tag.
- If a Payment Type has Omit Amount on Statement set to Yes, then the amount does not display in the app.
- The funds that display come from the Donation Distribution record. If a donation has multiple distributions, then each distribution gets its own item in the list.
- The icon that displays beside each donation is determined by the Payment Type.
- From this screen, users can give or go to their Contribution Statement screen, if applicable.
