Set the Default Batch View

Some people like to see all their batch line items expanded, some people don't. Set your preferred default batch view to either expand or collapse all the batch line items for all your batches.
Note: What you select applies to all batches just for the person logged in.
  1. In the Batch Manager Tool, click to open a batch.
  2. Click Settings > Default Batch View.
  3. Select an option.
    • Collapsed: Select this option to collapse all line items for all your batches.
    • Expanded: Select this option to expand all line items for all your batches.
  4. Exit the batch.
Now when you open a batch, you'll automatically see either all the line items collapsed or expanded based on what you selected.
