As your report library grows, it can become cluttered with reports you rarely use. Instead of deleting them, you can now archive your less frequently used reports to keep your Active list clean and focused.

New Options to Help You Organize Saved Reports

The My Saved Reports page now organizes your saved customer queries and reports into two tabs: Active and Archived. You can separate the reports you use regularly from those you want to keep for reference, but don't need in your daily workflows. Additionally, if you have a large number of reports, finding the right one can hinder your efficiency. Use tags to group related reports together in categories that work for you, allowing you to filter down to exactly the report you need in seconds. No more scrolling through long lists of reports.

To find saved reports, under Realm, click Reporting > My Saved Reports. Use the Active and Archived tabs at the top of the page to switch between views.

To begin adding tags, under My Saved Reports, click the Tags tab. After you set up tags, open any report and click the Edit button beside the name. In the drop-down list, select one or more tags and click Update.

Improved Password Reset Button on Individual Profiles

We added helpful information to this optional password reset button to better explain what it does. If someone is locked out of their account, an administrator or staff member can open the person's profile and send an email with a link to reset their password. The link expires after a period of time, but you can resend it as often as needed.

Tip: If people call you to help them sign-in to Realm or the Connect app, this MinistrySmart course might be just what you need. Grab a cup of coffee (or tea) and take a little time to learn how to troubleshoot many common sign-in issues.
