Daily Frequency Option for Group, Registration, & Serving Events
Many ministries run programs that operate on a daily basis — cafes, daily prayer groups, vacation Bible school, week-long camps, or volunteer schedules that span consecutive days. Until now, setting these up required creating individual events or other workarounds.
When creating or editing a Group Event, Registration Event, or Serving Event in Realm, look for the frequency/recurrence settings. You'll now see Daily as an option alongside the existing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly choices.
With the daily frequency option, you can also select every day, every other day, or every third day, as a recurring frequency when scheduling events.
This was one of the top-requested enhancements on UserVoice, with over 300 combined votes across related requests. We heard you, and we're excited to deliver it.

Email and Text Opt-in/Opt-out Management — Realm now includes a dedicated Opt-Out Management page, accessible from the Communications menu. This centralized hub gives administrators full visibility into who has opted out of email and text communications.
The page features two tabs:
-
Email Opt-Outs — View everyone who has unsubscribed or hard-bounced. Unsubscribed contacts can be opted back in directly from the grid. Hard bounces display a link to this troubleshooting article, since those require the underlying delivery issue to be resolved first.
-
Text Opt-Outs — A read-only view of contacts who have opted out of text messaging. Because text opt-outs are carrier-regulated, users cannot be opted back in from this screen — they must reply "START" or complete an opt-in request themselves.
This feature consolidates everything into a single view that you can search, sort, or export:
-
Quickly identify delivery problems before they affect your next campaign
-
Re-engage unsubscribed contacts with a single click (email)
-
Export opt-out lists for compliance, audits, or follow-up outreach
-
Understand the reason someone stopped receiving messages (unsubscribe vs. hard bounce vs. carrier block)
