Learn how registration reports now combine registrant information, custom question responses, and additional items in a single export.
Important Message About Chrome Browsers & Autofill
We're aware of an issue where the Chrome browser may autofill saved passwords into profile or contact fields instead of the intended information. We've made changes to reduce how often this happens, but we cannot prevent it. Because this can occur in any software or web page, we recommend the following:
- Delete older saved system passwords for onrealm.org. You no longer need them. Tip: The new sign-in domain is https://auth.ministrylogin.com.
- Turn off autofill in your Chrome browser. (Scroll down in the Google Chrome Help article for steps.)
- Review any autofilled values carefully before saving, and clear or correct any fields that contain passwords or other sensitive information.
Saving passwords or payment information in any browser is risky. You can read more about the risks in this third-party article.
Run One Registration Report Instead of Three
You can now export any of the registrant reports and include custom question responses, and selected additional items. Previously, you had to pull these details from separate reports and combine them manually.
The Questions to Include and Items to Include options are available when you run the Registrants List, Custom Questions Report, or Additional Items Report. See Export a List of Registrants, Run a Custom Questions Report, and Print or Export an Additional Items Report.
-
On the Registrants List report, selecting Questions to Include or Items to Include limits the report to CSV — the combined data may be too wide for a readable PDF.
-
The Custom Questions Report and Additional Items Report aren’t limited. You can still choose PDF or CSV with either option selected.
-
If you set Report Format to Item Summary Only on the Additional Items Report, you can’t include custom question responses. That format shows totals only, which aren’t tied to individual registrants.
