Change Log Updates

Change log data is available longer. In the change log, non-privacy based data is now available for 120 days after your change, and privacy-based data is available for 365 days after your change.

We also recommend printing or exporting the change log so you can track changes after 120 or 365 days. You can now export the change log to a .csv file. Previously, you could print the file but not export.

Realm Connect in the Help Center

View Realm Connect help for both the web browser and the mobile app. We're building a new help section that focuses on Realm Connect for mobile browsers, which currently includes new topics to assist congregants with tasks such as:

• Creating a new Realm account

• Signing into Realm using an email address

• Changing your password

• Resetting your password

From the Realm Connect section of the Help Center, you can now choose to view:

• Realm Connect for Web Browsers

• Realm Connect Mobile App

• Realm Connect App Video Library

We'll be adding more congregant-focused topics to the Connect section in the future!
