Query Volunteers by Team or Approval Status
Build a custom query that returns everyone on a given team, or everyone at a given approval status.
Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Volunteer Teams/Serving Roles permission.
A custom query lets you pull a list of volunteers by the team they serve on or by where they are in the approval process. You can query on more than one team at a time.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click .
- From the Select a main attribute drop-down list, choose what you want to query on:
- Serving Team— Select is equal to in the second drop-down menu, then select the team from Select items. You can select more than one team.
- Approval Status— Select the status you want from the second drop-down menu.
- Click Show Results.
