You can assign a pathway leader to help an individual through a pathway step.

You can assign a single leader to a specific participant to help usher them through a step. This is more practical when you have multiple step or pathway leaders.

Note: The pathway step must already have step leaders assigned to the step to choose from, or the option to select a leader will not appear. If you do not see this option, click next to the pathway's name, select Edit Step, and add step leaders to this step.

1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Pathways > Current.
2. Click the name of the pathway.
3. On the Steps tab, click a step name.
4. Select the check box next to one or more participants.
5. Click the Select an action drop-down list, and select Assign a Leader.
6. Select a leader.
7. Click Save.
