The primary job of leaders is make sure participants complete each step in a pathway. Once someone finishes a step, a leader should mark the step complete for that person. Ideally, it should be the step leader who helped the participant complete the step. This moves them automatically to the next step. Here's how leaders access pathways: In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Connect. Then click Pathways.
