Send a Password Rest

Send an email to reset an individual's password.

  • You must be an administrator to do this.
Because the user requires their email and password to sign in to Connect, be sure that you have permission from the user to change their password.
  1. Locate and open the individual's record.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Under Contact Information, click Send a Password Reset Email
    The individual must open the email and click the link to reset their password.
  4. If the individual cannot locate the email, see Sign In Troubleshooting.
