11.2E Release

If you're part of the Preferred Client Program, you can download the latest desktop version in the Client Portal.

PDS Ledger/Payroll 11.2E, releasing for desktop 5-13-25 and OnDemand 4-24-25, offers the following enhancements.

New and Improved Features

Texting through Twilio
  • Do you use Twilio for texting? Now, you can send text messages from PDS using your Twilio account! You can set up the integration in the Email & Text Setup window, and send a test text to make sure it's connected properly.

  • Once your integration is set up, you can send text messages from PDS! And, there's a quick link to the Twilio Console so you can see information about sent messages.

Test Your Email & Text Setup
  • Need to make sure your email server or text message setup is correctly? Now, you can send a test email or test text (if you're using a texting company)! From the appropriate tab in the Email & Text Setup window, click Test Email or Test Texting. Enter the necessary information, along with a To Email Address or To Phone that you have access to. When you're ready, send the test. You'll see the results in the window, and, if successful, you should receive the email or text message at the email address or mobile number you entered.

Corrections

We fixed issues that were reported internally to our team, as well as the following issue that affected some of our customers:
  • An .ini file error displayed when adding accounts to a department code in the account number setup.
