PDS Ledger/Payroll 11.2F, released for desktop 6-24-25 and OnDemand 6-26-25, offers the following enhancements.
New and Improved Features
Option to Unreconcile Paid Invoices
- Security administrators can now unreconcile a paid invoice transaction. To enable this option, set Allow Paid Invoices to be Unreconciled to Yes in the Initial Setup window.
- Once enabled, a security admin will see the Unreconcile button for applicable transactions in the Paid Invoices window. For more details, see Unreconcile a Paid Invoice Transaction.
Updated Message
- When we're uploading new files for release, the program can't check for updates. We updated the message that displays to clarify that.
