View an Organization's Events and Schedules

In the List of Events window, you can view current and future events, as well as past events if you haven't delete them.

In the Scheduling History window, you can view current and future schedules, as well as past schedules if you haven't delete them.

  1. On the Information tab, click Organizations & Individuals. Locate the appropriate record.
  2. To view the organization's or individual's events, click List of Events in the navigation pane. If you need to edit any event information, select the event and click Load Event.
  3. To view the organization's or individual's schedules, click Scheduling History in the navigation pane. This list is for viewing only. Events are ordered by date of scheduling, not by date of occurrence.
