New Tools

Create Deposit Tool

Enhanced the Create Deposit Tool to associate deposits with the Program's default Target Event, if one exists.
Enhanced the Create Batch Tool to associate deposits with the Program's default Target Event, if one exists.
Add/Edit Company Tool

Fixed an issue where a new Company could not be added using the Add/Edit Company Tool.
