Optimized Performance: To ensure peak performance during high traffic, like Sunday mornings and special events, we've optimized PocketPlatform by moving app analytics processing and storage away from your MinistryPlatform database. This change directly addresses performance bottlenecks during high-load scenarios by reducing the processing strain on your database. The result is a faster, more stable experience for both staff and congregants!

New Analytics Tools: While this data is no longer stored within the Platform, you can now access analytical insights through our new visualization dashboard in the PocketPlatform App Manager. This provides you with clear, searchable engagement metrics without compromising your system's performance.
- The dashboard shows engagement trends over the last 90 days across multiple dimensions. You can filter the data to any date range to focus on the specifics you're looking for.
- It answers daily-basis questions like, "How many users opened the Sermon Notes last Sunday morning?" as well as weekly-basis questions like, "How many active users did we have this week versus last week?". You can hover over a date on the chart to see specific data for that day.
- Click into each dimension to see a larger chart and its data. You can search using keywords to dive deep into the dimension's data.

- What This Means for You: Analytics now live in our dedicated, high-speed cloud rather than your Platform tables. This does not affect your PocketPlatform Devices information, which will still display in MinistryPlatform and populate nightly. If you previously used views on the Analytics or Analytics Summaries pages, you can transition to using the Analytics page in the App Manager for these insights. This update has been applied to your system, and your app will continue to collect data without any interruption to your app users' experience.
