Access the Platform

Reset Your Password

  • You can't use this option if you use a shared email address.
  • You must be able to receive texts from MinistryPlatform to reset your password by text message.

If you already have an account but forgot your password, you can reset your password. Don't worry, it happens to the best of us!

Note: SPoCs can customize the content of the Password Recovery Verification message. See Domains and Accounts for details.
  1. On the login screen, click Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your email address and/or mobile phone number.
  3. Enter your first name and last name.
  4. Click Reset Password.
  5. Open your email or text message application.
  6. Locate and open the Password Recovery Verification message.
  7. Click or tap the verification link.
    Note: For security, this link is only valid for 10 minutes.
  8. Enter a new password.
  9. Confirm your new password.
  10. Click Save.
